SICILY, Panormos (as Ziz), (c.336-330 B.C.), AE 23, (8.60 g), obv. head of Persephone left, wreathed with corn, Punic "ziz" behind head, rev. horse galloping left, radiate head of Helios above, (S.-, Jenkins, Punic pl. 24, 20, CNP 157, CNS 7 Rs 1, HGC 2, 1058). Attractive dark patina, extremely fine and extremely rare in this condition.
