FAUSTINA JUNIOR, wife of Marcus Aurelius, (d.A.D. 175), AE sestertius, issued 161, Rome Mint, (29.75 g), obv. FAVSTINA AVGVSTA, draped bust to right, rev. SAECVLI FELICIT, throne on which are seated two infant boys, (S.5282, RIC 1665, C.193, BMC 937). Dark brown patination, very fine/good very fine and rare, an unusually heavy sestertius.
