Also entitled to Meritorious Service Medal and British War Medal 1914-18. ^MSM: LG 17/6/1918, p7179; CAG 7/11/1918, p2114 - to 246 Sergeant Henry George Leroux, 3rd Australian Pioneer Battalion.^Recommendation: This splendid N.C.O., as Battalion Orderly Room Clerk, has at all times carried out his duties in a most capable and efficient manner; often under the most exhausting circumstances, and by his remarkable personal energy, has contributed enormously to the high efficiency of all records, and returns of this Unit.
