NEW SOUTH WALES LAND ACREAGE GRANT, a vellum document by His Excellency Lachlan Macquarie Esquire, Captain General and Governor in Chief of His Majesty's Territory of New South Wales and its Dependencies giving and granting to William Craft and His Heirs sixty acres of land in the District of Airds, New South Wales, provided he does not sell it or fail to cultivate it in the term of five years otherwise the grant is null and void, signed and sealed on 17 August 1819 by L.Macquarie, with attached paper seal. Age toned with stains and fading, backed on sections of card, still legible, very good and rare.

Sydney Gazette records state that William Craft of Airds tended 100 bushels of wheat to His Majesty's stores in February 1821, proving that his land grant was productive within two years.
