GORDIAN III, 238 - 244 A.D., silver antoninianus, Rome mint, issued 239 A.D. (4.00g), obverse radiate bust of Gordian III to right, IMP CAES M ANT GORDIANVS AVG around, reverse Aequitas standing to left, holding scales and cornucopiae, AEQVITAS AVG around. Toned, nearly extremely fine.
