INDIA, 19th-20th century, Ganesha figure carved from tusk (16cm), Ganesha seated on the mouse Akhu, hands upraised, right leg folded, elaborate background, two winged elephants standing on pillars on the back. Right tusk of Ganesha and Akhu's collar broken, dark aged patina, fine.
