BOER WAR FRAMED AND GLAZED DISPLAY, South Australian Mounted Rifles, six rifle bullets around a Zulu shield, a not to scale copy, with brass plaque above shield '1st/SA.Mounted/Rifles/Transvaal' and plaque below shield '1900' (42x32x5cm); together with two Commissions, to Herbert Woolmer Brown, one to rank of Second Lieutenant, dated 28th April 1914 (46x29x2cm); the second, on behalf of his Excellency Sir William Ernest George Archibald Weigall, Governor of South Australia, appointing him to be His Excellency's Honorary Aide-de-Camp, dated 9th June 1920 (56x41x3cm). All framed and glazed, very fine. (3)
