CHRISTIAN BROTHERS' COLLEGE, the Coombe Medal in gold (9ct; 3.32g; 21mm), scroll and ring top suspension, reverse inscribed, 'J.Savage/Championship/Of Colleges 1906/from/T.Coombe'. Extremely fine.

At the annual distribution of prizes in December 1906 in connection with the Christian Brothers' College in Perth, Western Australia, J.Savage was awarded the Coombe Medal for being the Champion Athlete of Secondary Schools.
