The Illabarook Football Club was established in 1925 and competed in games organised by the Rokewood and Cape Clear District Football Association winning premierships in 8 successive years between 1929 and 1936. Illabarook is a rural area south-west of Ballarat and a short distance north-west of Rokewood in Victoria.
