EASTERN SUBURBS CRICKET ASSOCIATION, presentation fob in gold (9ct; 3.61g; 32x31mm), by W (Willis), ring top suspension, reverse inscribed, 'E.S.C.A./Presented To/J.C.Whyte/Life Member In Recognition/of Services Rendered/as Hon. Gen./Secretary/1931.'. Toned very fine.

J.C.Whyte was Hon Gen Secretary in 1925/26 to 1931/32 and later President 1947/48 to 1951/52. He was also appointed a Life Member in 1929. The Eastern Suburbs Cricket Association in Victoria later became the Eastern Cricket Association.
