Sports contests in connection with the West Torrens Friendly Societies were held at Lindsay Circus, Hindmarsh, South Australia on Monday 11 November 1901. R.H.Bassett won the Handicap Bicycle Race with A.J.Graham and T.Lane in a dead heat for second.
