WENDOUREE ROWING CLUB, prize medal in voided gold (15ct; 11.63g; 32x36mm), by C.Marks, ring top suspension, obverse inscribed, 'W.R.C.', reverse inscribed, 'Maiden Four B.&B./F.Walshe/Bow/1920-1'. Heavily toned, otherwise very fine.

This medal was awarded for Ballarat's annual gathering in February 1921 and staged in Victoria on Lake Wendouree. F.Walshe was the bow on the Wendouree Rowing Club team that won the Maiden Fours.
