SUNDAY TIMES, prize medal in gold plated silver (29x34.5mm), by W.Kerr, ring top suspension but this removed, obverse inscribed, 'Sunday Times/2nd Prize/Essay Comptn', reverse inscribed, 'R.Moses./May 20. 1906.'. Hairlines and gold test mark at top edge, otherwise very fine.

This was a competition called 'Gold Medal Essays by Young Folk conducted by the Sunday Times in Sydney, NSW.
