IONIA, Miletus, (c.550-525 B.C.), silver twelfth stater or obol, (1.25 g), obv. forepart of lion to right, head to left, rev. star ornament within incuse square, (S.3532, BMC 14-33, SNG Cop. 954-5, Rosen 52). Toned, extremely fine, rare in this condition.
