GORDIAN III, 238 - 244 A.D., silver antoninianus, Antioch mint, issued 242 - 244 A.D. (4.52g), obverse radiate bust right, IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG around, reverse Gordian in military attire standing right, holding transverse spear and globe, SAECULI FELICITAS around (S.8659, RIC 216, RSC 319). Very fine/good very fine and scarce.
