EGYPT, Alexandria, Carinus as Caesar, (A.D. 282-285), billon tetradrachm, year 1 = A.D. 282-283, (8.81 grams), obv. laureate draped and cuirassed bust of Carinus to right, around A K M A KA PINOC CK, rev. LA upper field, Eagle standing to left, head to right, holding wreath in beak, between two vexilla, (S.-, BMC 2449-2451, Milne 4679, Koln 3169-3170). Good very fine, very scarce.
