CLAUDIUS, (A.D. 41-54), silver didrachm, Caesarea in Cappadocia mint, issued 46-48, (6.864 grams), obv. laureate head to left of Claudius, around [TI CLAVDIVS C]AESA[R] AVG GERM [P M TR P], rev. Claudius in quadriga to right, [DE BRITANNIS] in exergue, (S.1840, RIC 122, RPC 3625, BMC 237). Nearly fine/poor and very rare.
