Ex Noble Numismatics Sale 121 (lot 3238) 2/8/2019.^Note the Regt No. 13 is incorrect as Dolan's correct number from the unit roll is 711.^Henry Dolan of Cassilis in Gippsland, prospector, age 30, enrolled as no.711, Cameron's Scouts, 3rd (Bushmen's) Contingent; contingent comprised 15 officers and 261 other ranks (Cameron's Scouts comprised 24 men attached to the contingent); Emb.10Mar1900; RTA 09May1901; Disemb.06Jun1901 at Melbourne, Vic and disbanded shortly after.^With a small b&w photo and research.
