A.I.F. on second and third medals, Major (Hon. Lieut Col) P.W.Vaughan. Unatt. List on fourth medal and Major Vaughan, P.W.Unattached List 24/1918 on last medal. First three medals impressed, last two engraved. Extremely fine.
