MARIUS, (A.D. 268), issue struck as Augustus, Cologne mint, billon antoninianus, (3.280 grams), obv. IMP C MARIVS [P F A]VG, radiate cuirassed bust of Marius to right draped and cuirassed, rev. around SAEC FELICITAS, Felicity standing to left holding caduceus and cornucopia, (S.3155, RIC 10, C.15). Attractive dark brown patina, flan flaw on right edge, otherwise extremely fine and rare.
