NERO, (A.D. 54-68), gold aureus, Rome Mint, issued A.D. 65-66, (7.11 g), obv. laureate head of Nero to right, around IMP NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS, rev. in exergue SALVS, Salus seated to left holding patera, (S.1932, RIC 66, C.317, Calico 445). Bold portrait, minor marks on the edge, about extremely fine and rare as such.
