MACEDON, Kingdom of, Alexander III, (336-323 B.C.), silver tetradrachm (16.96g), early posthumous issue c.323-17 BC, Babylon Mint, obv. head of Herakles right wearing lion skin, paws tied before neck, rev. Zeus enthroned left, right leg drawn back, holding eagle and sceptre, M in lower left field, **LU* under chair above strut (Price 3692, Mueller 1272). Good fine.
