IONIA, Magnesia ad Maeandrum, (c.350-325 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (11mm, 1.58 g, 12h), Rhodian standard, Skythos, magistrate, obv. warrior, holding lance, on horse rearing right, rev. bull butting left, maeander pattern below, **MAGN* above, **SKUQOU* below, grain ear behind. (cf.S.4479, SNG Kayhan 414, SNG Copenhagen 808). Toned, good very fine and scarce.
