Zeus Aetophoros seated left, holding eagle and sceptre, monograms in left field and below throne, **ALEXANDROU* to right, dotted border, (cf.S.6829. SC -, HGC -). Slight porosity, good very fine or better and extremely rare. Unpublished.

Ex Anthony (Tony) Taylor Collection.^CNG Auction 456, lot 97.^The left field monogram is a retrograde form of that found under the throne on Price 817, but the style of the obverse here suggests an eastern mint, as do the characteristics of the flan, which is rather thick and flat-edged. per CNG.
