CLAUDIUS, (A.D. 41-54), copper as (10.66g), obv. bare head left, TI CLAUDIVS CAESAR AVG P M TR P, rev. Libertas standing, facing, with pileus, left hand extended, LIBERTAS AVGVSTA, S C across fields (S.1859; RIC 97: BMCRE 145). Green patina with brassy highlights, flan flaw on bust and scatered porosity on reverse, nearly very fine.
