Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae FELICITAS PVBLICA around, S C across field (cf S.2346; RIC II.2 818; BMCRE 698). Minor flan flaw on bust, encrustation at 1 o'clock on reverse, peripheral roughness, very fine.
