HADRIAN, (117-138 AD), silver denarius (3.01g), Rome mint, issued 128-32 AD, obv. laureate head right, HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P, rev. Annona seated left, holding a hook raised in right hand, cornucopiae in left, modius filled with grain ears by feet to left, COS III around (c.f. S.3474; RIC II-3 911; RSC 380). Very fine or better.

Ex S.J. Green Collection, purchased from Heritage Auctions 231731 (lot 61067).
