CAMEO BROOCH, c1900, in gold frame (tested as 15ct; tot wt 19.70g; 39x47mm), by (T.) Gaunt (& Co), features a cameo of a lady's head and shoulders facing left in a decorative gold frame, reverse with Perspex cover for display of a photo, pin-back with loop provision for safety chain, with unofficial box. Extremely fine.
