LONDON INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION, Crystal Palace, 1884, in bronze (63mm) (BHM 3174), by Pinches and A Fisch, obverse, a muse holding a caduceus and key opening the doors to the Crystal Palace through which can be seen some of the exhibits, a lamb to the left and Corinthian helmet to right, reverse, name and date of exhibition within a wreath, edge impressed, "Duke & Son". Toned very fine.

Ex Alan McRae Collection.^Duke & Son was awarded the medal for their cricket apparatus which included balls, bats and clothing.^See also lots E3137, 3138, 3139, 3140 and 3158.
