CONSTITUTION DAY 9 JULY, (1900), badges in white metal (31mm), no maker, plain patterned reverse, pin-back (2); Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary, 1935, by County of Middlesex, octagonal in white metal (38mm), with ring top suspension and ribbon; Coronation of King Edward VIII at Westminister Abbey, 1937, in white metal (38mm), ring top suspension. The first two in sealed packets of issue and uncirculated, the second toned good very fine, the last very fine but with many obverse scratches and the scratched words 'DUKE/OF/(illegible). (4)
Constitution Day on 9 July was the date in 1900 that the Australian Constitution became law in England to form the Commonwealth of Australia although the Constitution did not come into effect until January 1, 1901.
