POLAND, Boleslaw IV the Curly (1138 - 1173), silver denarius, (17 mm, 0.52 g), undated Reliquiary issue, oldest type of Boleslaw IV, obv. prince seated in throne, holding sword, BOLENZLAVS around, rev. head of St, Adalbert in rectangular frame, AD ALBERTVS CS around (Stronczynski 51, Kopicki 54 (R3)). Flan crack, considerable mint lustre, well struck, extremely fine.
