GORDIAN III, (A.D. 238-244), silver antoninianus, Rome Mint, issued 241, (3.29 g), obv. radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right, around IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. around PM TR P III COS II P P, Apollo seated to left holding branch and resting arm on lyre, (S.8680, RIC 114, RSC 238). Good very fine - nearly extremely fine.
