Francis 'to the Official Opening of the Plant at Port Kembla, New South Wales / 24th April 1939 at 12 noon / Performed by the Rt. Hon J.A. Lyons, P.C., M.P. Prime Minister of the Commonwealth / Printed on Stainless Steel', aerial view of the plant top centre and nine lines of text all in black ink. Nearly uncirculated and unique.
