GILL, Thomas, A Brief Sketch of the Coinage and Paper Currency of South Australia, with Facsimile Illustrations of the first Currency Notes and other interesting documents, including Reprints of the Historic 'Bullion' and 'Gold Token' Acts of 1852, Adelaide, 1912, 101pp. 22 plates of Illustrations, map, hardbound edition, green cloth gilt lettering, damage at top of spine and sane wear on spine and corners, otherwise a good clean copy, scarce.

One page article entitled 'The Earliest Currency, Coinage in Adelaide' (Reprinted from the 'The Advertiser December 18, 1912) bound in, on inside cover. Ex Ingleton collection, with his bookplate on inside cover, and catalogue number 1353 stamped on inside back cover.
