MACEDON, Kingdom of, Perdikkas II, (451-413 B.C.), silver heavy tetrobol, first series issued 437/6-432/1 B.C., (2.312 grams), obv. horse prancing to right, within dotted border, rev. crested helmet to right in incuse square within linear border, (S.1491 [£150], Weber 2021 [same dies], SNG ANS 57 [same dies], Raymond 219 [these dies]). Nearly very fine/good fine and scarce.
