THESSALY, Larissa (under Macedonian domination), (370-360's B.C.), silver drachm, (6.222 grams), obv. facing head of nymph Larissa three-quarter to left, rev. horse and foal standing to right, above **SAIWN*, in exergue **LARI*, (S.2122, SNG Cop. 124, BMC 64 [p.30], Hermann Group VIIC, Pl.VI, 4-6 [similar dies], Lorber [SNR 2000] No.7-16 [Pl.I, similar dies]). Attractive bright tone, extremely fine with original mint bloom and very rare.
