POSTUMUS, (A.D. 259-268), AE sestertius, Lugdunum mint, (9.892 grams), imitative issue, obv. radiate bust of Postumus to right, around M SS LAT POSTV[MVS P F AVG, rev. Galley travelling to right, palm below, around [LA]ETITIA, (S.3140 [£125 F], cf.RIC 142, C.165, cf.Bastien 346). Weak on parts of the legend, uneven green patination, otherwise very fine and very rare, the obverse legend apparently unpublished.
