ILKANIDS (MONGOLS OF PERSIA), Local Coinage, First Period, Abaqa, (A.H. 665-680) (A.D. 1265-1282), gold dinar, Tabriz mint, (4.27 grams), issued shortly after death, A.H. 681 Uighur obverse, (A.D. 1282-3), (A.2126.2, cf.M.1565-6 [for silver only]). Off centred, crinkled, nearly extremely fine and rare.
