BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, third issue, one pound, Dunedin, 1st January 1881, No.1945280, imprint of Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co, Ld. Engravers, London, with ink notation on back '2 Nov. 1883 1pm bridge', (L.445, P.S191 date not noted, Robb 11a). Several ink spots on back, some folds and minor pin holes, otherwise very fine and extremely rare as such an early date and unknown for Dunedin as a domicile of issue.
