COELE SYRIA, Chalcis, Cleopatra VII, (51-30 B.C.), AE 20, (9.172 grams), Chalcis mint, issued year 6 = 32-31 B.C., obv. diademed bust of Cleopatra VII to right, trace of legend, rev. bare head pf Mark Antony to right, a trace of legend around, (S.-; Sv. 1887, RPC 4771, SNG Cop. 382, Pitchfork 172); Spain, Carthago Nova, Tiberius and Caligula, (A.D. 37-41), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to left, around TI CAESAR DIVI A[VG F AVG]V P M, rev. bare head of Caligula to left, around C CAESAR TI N QVINQ IN V I N K, (cf.S.337, Vives 132-3, C.3 [p.245]). First coin good - very good and rare, second coin fine and scarce. (2)
