NUMERIAN, (A.D. 283-284), billon antoninianus, Ticinum mint (3.790 grams), obv. radiate bust of Numerian to right, around IMP NVMERIANVS AVG, rev. around PROVIDENT AVGG, Annona standing left, holding corn ears and cornucopiae, modius at feet, VIXXI in exergue, (cf.S.3436, RIC 446, C.82). Extremely fine and rare in this condition.
