Rev.inscribed 'Presented by the Rev.Thomas E Calvert M.A.S. Luke's Cathedral Portland Maine', milled edge. Suspender with silver bar inscribed 'AMERICAN MEDAL' and a red, white and blue ribbon. Cased. Extremely fine and rare.
