MIDDLESEX, London, Charing Cross shillings, undated, by Morgan, equestrian statue/arms (D.6, 9 [illustrated]), legend 'Wr Jones & Co' (D.8) [illustrated]), another one shilling value in wreath (D.11); 12 Rathbone Place reverse (D.14). Good very fine - nearly uncirculated, the D.8 very rare, the others except D.6 are all rare. (5)

Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 58 (lot 1707), D.6 from the Myles Gerson Collection (from Lickey in June 1981), D.8, D.11 and D.14 from Baldwin in 1973, D.9 from Spink, Numismatic Circular (No.8158) of 1973 with ticket (marked four and a half pounds).
