Gordian III laureate draped and cuirassed bust right facing Sarapis bust draped to left, around ANTWNOC **GORDIANOC AUT*, in exergue AVT K M, rev. Demeter standing to left, holding corn ears and long sceptre, around V**P MHNOFIL OU M ARKIANOPOL I/T/W/N*, E in field to left, (S.-, BMC -, SNG Munich -, AMNG 1127-1128 variant of letter positions). Brown patina, very fine and very rare for this reverse.
