IONIA, Ephesus, (280-258 B.C.), AE 13, (1.880 grams), obv. bee with open wings dividing E - **F, all within dotted border, rev. forepart of stag grazing to right head reverted, quiver behind, to right magistrate's name **KOUOUKRAI?* (Koyoykrai?), (cf.S.4407, cf.SNG von Aulock 1843 (same type), cf.SNG Cop. 244). Deep green patination, good very fine and a type apparently unlisted with this Magistrate's name.
