C. AUGURINUS, (134 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.926 grams), obv. Roma helmeted head right, ROMA behind, X before, rev. C AVG above divided by Ionic column surmounted by statue, on each side two togate figures, (S.119 [£55 VF], Cr.242/1, Syd.463). Even grey patina, nearly extremely fine and scarce.
