C. PLUTIUS, (c.121 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.876 grams), obv. Roma helmeted head right, X behind, rev. Dioscuri to right, C.PLVTI below. ROMA in exergue, (S.153 [£45], Cr.278/1, Syd.410 & 414). Oxidation spot on the reverse, otherwise grey patina, very fine.
