UNIFORM, Trooper, 9th Queen's Royal Lancers, comprising black leather lance cap (czapska), brass helmet plate with Queen's cypher, and battle honours from Sobron to South Africa 1899-1902, brass fittings, plume socket chin chain, King's crown (Lancer cap needs restoration), marked 1897 inside crown of cap, black and white regimental horsehair plume, yellow cap lines on tunic, yellow and red lancer girdle, blue lancer tunic, red facings, welts, label dated 1914, regimental buttons of 9th Queen's Royal Lancers, blue overalls/pantaloons with double yellow stripes, white leather gauntlets, black leather knee boots fitted with box spurs, wooden boot stretchers. Very good - very fine. (11)
