RUSSIA, copper medal by Durand and Pingret, 41mm commemorating Peter the Great to Nicholas I, obv. Peter the great head right, rev. Nicholas I head right, both sides in high relief; another by Brandt AE 45mm, commemorating Alexander I life, who died December 1825, obv. head left, rev. wreath and legend, another by Wyon, in white metal 45mm, to Alexander I as the Heroic defender of all his country (and) the Avenger of Europe, 1812. First extremely fine and rare; others very fine or better. (3)
