PORTUGUESE INDIA, John IV (1640-1656), silver xerafim, 1650, obv. crowned shield flanked by G A, rev. cross with date 1650 in angles dotted border, (Vaz 4.12 var., M.1401a same dies, KM.225). Very fine and rare.
